When you buy your garments the shops will deliver for free to us at our Pratunam Depot situated in Soi 15 Petchaburi Rd. We specialize only in personal items and clothing at this depot but it is ideally suited for those who are exporting garments. Remember for air freight you msut export min of 45 kgs and for sea freight min of 1cbm. We can quote you by email and tell youi how long it will take.
For airfreight make sure you tell us your Customs airport you wish us to ship the goods to.
For seafreight w need Customs main port of entry in your country.
For UPS please send copuntry and city and zip code for quotes.

Here are some helpful terms that you may need to know:
AIR FREIGHT:
DOOR TO DOOR IS NORMALLY FEDEX, UPS, AND DHL. We send either DHL in 3 days right to your door or air
freight what ever you want but if you want airfreight door to door it is expensive as we must use an agent at the destination to clear, then deliever to you. The cost can be more than UPS or DHL, FEDEX etc. Please note
airfreight charges e.g. 45 kilos
minimum volume by weight approx. 250 T shirts. Over 100kgs we

SEA FREIGHT :
If you are planning to send your piece by sea, then we will pack it in a crate at the rate of approximately ( per
1 cubic metre which is the minimum so you pay this price
regardless then the price drops over 1cbm.This means 1`m x 1m x 1m. The price goes down as
you increases in size, and prices vary from place to place. If you are planning to send your piece
by air, then a corrugated box and lighter packing materials are used, as air cargo is weighed by the kilogram volume by weight. If you use wood then the wood must be fumigated and is an added cost. Under 20kg use
the Post Office to avoid taxes etc. or DHL..
LCL = LOOSE CONTAINER LOAD: This term is used when you the customer wishes to send a lesser
amount than a Full Container Load. We can send a LCL anytime our
customers wish, especially those times when the stock gets low on
the best seller but yet the rest of the stock has the high
inventory. Don’t worry give us a call we can ship out right away
and get you back up on your feet without having to send a full
container.
FCL = FULL CONTAINER LOAD: This
term is used when you the customer wishes to send a Full Container
Load. There are 20’ or 40’ containers available and sometimes
without any additional charges depending on the freight line a
customer can use a high cube. High cube means the container is
just a little higher and gives you the customer more room without
having to book a extra container.
PICKING UP
YOUR GOODS: No problem as we have trucks and staff who
can help you. We can pick your goods up anywhere in Chiangmai or
Bangkok and deliver to our depot in Bangkok. From Chiangmai we can
quote you to truck the goods to Bangkok thus you do not have to
pay transport FCL costs. Make sure you itemize everything for customs at your destination. Failure to itemize all items ---on inspection you can be fined or all or part of your goods confiscated.
PACKING: We have our own packing at our depot and also can pack to your
requirements. If we need to pack into wood crates then you must also pay for fumigation.
FUMIGATION: We offer you this at our depot in Bangkok.
FULL
COSTS: We can give you a break down of the costs to
your port of entry but please tell us dimensions of your cargo;
cargo contents etc and we work in cms.
STORAGE IN BANGKOK our
company has excellent storage facilities and we can arrange to have your cargo
sent to us export@pobox.com
TRANSPORT SERVICES IN
BANGKOK: We provided good and safe transport services in Bangkok and
up country. We also now have our own transport services email: export@pobox.com
AND from
Chiangmai we can arrange to have your goods trucked down to Bangkok.
DOOR TO
DOOR: If you want us to arrange door to door we can but basically you can do this in your country. It is not cheap if we do it but you can arrange to have someone to clear and truck to your door. It is best to arrange with a Freight Agent at the destination port. All out quotes are usually port to port. If you arrange at your end please tell us the
freight agent who will accept your goods at the port of entry.They
will clear customs for you and arrange trucking to your door.
BUDDHA HEADS OR STATUES:
Buddha heads are very sentitive for Thais to send so be aware as many shippers will not ship because one item may be a head that now needs to be cleared by the Dept of Fine Arst and the Customs. Many headaches shipping these now so we do not send relics even if copies. AS FROM SEPTEMBER 2007 OUR COMPANY DOES NOT SHIP BUDDHA HEADS OR MASKS OF ANY MAKE OR KIND THAT ARE BUDDHA COPIES ETC.
